The Fin & Feather Lodge may be rented by individuals, private groups, fee fishermen, and nature enthusiasts.  There are special rates for fee fishermen who wish to “day-fish” only, or fish and rent the lodge.  Rates may be found under Fee Subsection to the right. Youth groups may use the facilities for $5.00 per day per person.

 

 

BUILDING THE SANCTUARY

 

The Sanctuary consists of 560 acres of water, ponds, sand dunes, and 300 acres of wetlands.  It took over 25 years and a million dollars for Don and Carol Edmunds to carve this Sanctuary out of the desolate desert.  It is home to many birds and wildlife species.  It is a place that has provided hundreds of youth with memorable experiences throughout the years.

Edmunds Well Wildlife Sanctuary is located in South Central Oregon near the small ranching and outdoor recreational community of Summer Lake  on Hwy. 31.  We are 2 hours (100 miles) south of Bend, and 3.5 hours from Eugene.  For detailed directions click here!
